Yes, I have setup a wireless printer on first try. Once... Only Once it was a Laser printer and heavy. Wired getting setup I have done several times. I think machines find me sexy sometimes, and oddly not enough women seem to find me sexy... Hmm.. I have spent alot of time softly encouraging a computer or machine to complete a task and not crash... I used to kick them, but i hurt my toe, about 20 years ago. So i switched to the soft sexy sweet talking to them

I also have three printers. First one lasted several years but just stopped working because HP wanted me to pay $100 for an update. And I said hell no and taught them a lesson by buying another HP. The ink they sent didn’t fit and I couldn’t figure out how to get it to set up. You should just have to plug it in and connect via Bluetooth and not require a masters in computer fucking science. Thanks to my ADD I missed the window to return it. I did learn my lesson and bought a Brother printer that all I had to do was plug it in, let it run its system for a bit and I was immediately able to connect to my phone to print. But printers have been the bane of my existence ever since I started working. I have had many Office Space moments.

I played a videogame where I was a basically a android designed to be a housewife. One of my first "tasks" was to clean the house of the guy who bought me. I walked in-between him and his tv to collect garbage on his coffee table. He cursed at me for blocking his view instead of just dealing for the few seconds I was there. That's all it took for me to be ready to join the robot army against humans.

Arguably, if any device is not plug-and-play, the majority of people will not be able to get it to work on the first try.

I dunno about y'all, but I find there's always a driver issue when I buy a new piece of tech (either I don't have the driver installed, or I need update a driver etc). A lot of tech now doesn't even come with an info booklet - I have to search for that PDF that tells me where to find the drivers. Usually all they include now is "scan this QR code to register your device". Useless.

Ooooo, sadly I have to disagree as you're on record for cussing out electronics and I am also guilty of asking Siri why is she so fucking stupid and useless. I'll have to be carrying windex filled super soakers on me at all times because they'll know.
